How we actually work
We buy houses directly. That means we’re not listing your property, not marketing it to other buyers, and not collecting a commission on the sale — we’re the ones writing the check. It also means the number we give you is the number, not a starting point we walk back after an inspection.
Most of the people who reach out are working through something specific: an inherited property, a foreclosure date, a rental that stopped making sense, or a house that needs more work than it’s worth putting in. Those situations don’t fit a standard listing timeline, which is usually why a cash sale comes up at all.
We’ll also tell you when selling to us isn’t your best option. If your house is in good shape and you have time to wait, a traditional listing will almost always net you more. We’d rather say that up front than waste your week.
